Generator Radiators for Yandina Factory
No job is too BIG for the radiator specialists! We were contracted to remove, rebuild & refit not one but three big generator radiators at a local factory in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast.
The main hurdle we needed to work around was that we were only allowed to remove one radiator at a time - this was so that the factory could keep running as they could not afford any downtime. To work in with our customer’s needs we had to remove one radiator at a time from the factory and transport it back to our workshop, where we removed the radiator from its frame, rebuild the radiator with a new custom made core, fit new bolts and hoses and then paint each one. Once the rebuild was complete we had to transport each radiator back to the factory after business hours to then refit each radiator back into the generators, making sure we did not disturb the factory operations.
The boys put in a big effort rebuilding the three radiators and then refitting after hours to keep the factory running cool.
